This loan has been paid back in full!

First Posted On: February 15, 2009

Name: Jordan

Age: 6 years old

Diagnosis: PDD-NOS (Pervasive Developmental Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified)

Loan Sought: $494

Loan Needed For: Annual membership (+ one-time registration fee) for AutismActionPlan.org. [AutismActionPlan.org is a new website from DAN! doctor Kurt Woeller that provides access to information and tools, and to Dr. Woeller himself via video chat and parent forums. AustimActionPlan.org is a new Lend4Health partner and will be providing Jordan's family (and any other new, current, or former Lend4Health families) with a $169 rebate the month after they register. They can use this rebate as part of their loan repayment. Note: AutismActionPlan.org also is the PayPal sponsor for the month of February -- they are covering the site's PayPal fees this month!]

Repayment Terms: 6 months (~ $82.33/month)

Other Notes: Jordan's mom, Kristina, writes: "Jordan is a sweet boy he really loves his older brother. He has worked really hard and he has come a long way. He started his journey as a nonverbal child and has improved to where he is now. He enjoys other people and has friends. Jordan has come so far and we believe with the correct help he will move out of the spectrum or at least very close."
