April 13, 2009: Update from Jodene: "We completed the two tests thanks to Lend4 Health, and are anxiously awaiting the results. I will keep you posted when I get them. Jaden did some new stuff this week, I'm not sure what changed, but he actually hugged my leg from behind and said "I love you," then ran off. I'm still shocked, because he is mostly non-verbal, unless we use a reinforcer and request. He did it again in the car yesterday! ... He does have a few new friends, that he is starting to interact with much like a NT [neuro-typical] child. The stims also went down this weekend. In addition to this, I learned Jaden is advanced in many things more so then other NT classmates. All these changes are so exciting. I'm optimistic another recovery is on the horizon and looking forward to new things."

April 30, 2009: 1st repayment installment received. Amount was $64.67; it was one day early.

April 30, 2009: Update on Jaden: "I got Jaden's Metobolic results today, but I don't really understand them. The comments said things like "possible diabetic, and toxicity, and recommend detoxification and MB 12." We have another dr appointment in a couple of weeks, so he can go over them with us.....It should be fun!"

October 5, 2009: Update from Jodene: "Jaden is doing awesome! Thanks so much to you and Lend4Health for my loan. I don't know if we would have done the crucial testing without it. Because of our loan, we were able to find out about food sensitivities and Metobolic profile. I have tailored his diet to fit the results and we have treated and added suppliments where needed. I have seen some amazing things recently. Jaden recently learned how to ride his 3 wheel bike...Yay, this was a huge milestone and is so exciting. He is saying words and requesting things more and sleeping alot better. Another amazing thing is that he learned the alphabet....YESTERDAY...Yes, in just one day! Jaden is now also able to count to 10 outloud and using his fingers. Biomedically, our next step is to work on the methalyation cycle with our DAN doctor. Thanks again for everything!"
